   Suburb / address? (suburb required, address optional. Phone is never asked — it is on the call.)

   What is broken? Water, power, gas, lock, or other.

   Urgent now, or can it wait until morning?

   When can someone be there?

   Repeat back and confirm.

8. 08

   SMS the tradie: name, number, suburb, problem, urgency, window.

9. 09

   SMS the caller: we have the job, the tradie will call you.
